We can deliver bouncers outdoors in colder temperatures as long as the weather remains above 40 degrees.

In the event that your party day predicts weather below 40 degrees, Front Range Inflatable will cancel your order for the safety of our customers and equipment

If your delivery is indoors, we can still deliver no matter the weather =)

 

Is there a minimum order amount I need to meet?2023-09-07T22:11:49+00:00

Yes, we have a minimum order of $100 , if you need ideas to reach that minimum, our concessions, games and more section has some affordable add ons.

Late Pickup Fee:

Summer months until August 31st, any rental with a pickup time of 9PM or later will incur a $50 “late pickup” delivery fee

Winter months beginning September 1st, any rental with a pickup time of 8PM or later will incur a $50 “late pickup” delivery fee.

Why do we charge this fee? Safety is just as important for our customers as it is our staff, pickups are more dangerous in the dark.

 

Same Day Delivery Fee:

If you place an order the same day that you would like it to be delivered we will try our best to fulfil your request. In the event that we are able to do so your delivery will incur a $50 “same day delivery” delivery fee.

We deliver Free of Charge To: Berthoud, Boulder, Broomfield, Dacono, Erie, Frederick, Firestone, Ft. Lupton, Henderson, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Mead, Niwot, Superior, Thornton, Westminster, Commerce City, and Denver NORTH of I-70.

We can not deliver to Fort Collins, Eaton, Aurora, Centennial, Golden, Parker, Morrison, Littleton, Lakewood, Englewood or any area farther North, South, East, or West.
Are your inflatables safe & clean?2017-08-10T16:45:55+00:00

Yes! Safety & cleanliness is a priority! For your safety, a trained staff member inspects the bouncers before and after every use. Monthly safety inspections are also conducted. We clean & disinfect our units at each & every delivery. We vacuum, spray and clean using a high quality cleaner/disinfectant.

Can I cancel my reservation?2023-09-07T21:46:12+00:00
We allow cancellations any day before your delivery date always – no charge
We will allow cancellation of the rental without cost to the renter under the following circumstances:
1. Continuous rain, snow, or winds in excess of 25 mph on the date of the delivery. (At least 2 hours notice required)
2. Snow cover or temperatures below 40 degrees. (At least 2 hours notice required)
There is no cost to reschedule the rental, but rescheduling will be subject to availability.
Cancellation day of without weather we ask you pay the driver fee for your rental.
Sorry – No Refunds will be given once the bouncer has been accepted and set up.*
Our staff reserves the right to refuse delivery due to terrain, conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control at no cost to you.

A trained staff member will deliver, set up, and then return to take down the inflatable. We just need you to point out the set-up location, review & sign paperwork, and then it’s time for fun!

Can the Inflatable be set up indoors?2017-08-10T16:45:02+00:00

Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside! Many commercial halls & gymnasiums will do just fine.

Wet / Dry Slide Requirements2017-08-10T16:44:45+00:00

The wet/dry slides need to be set up on FLAT ground to avoid rubbing against the walls on the slide which can cause injury to the riders. Please check the description and requirements for each unit regarding electrical needs. The renter needs to supply a water hose for the water (Garden hose).

Where can the Inflatable be set up?2017-08-10T16:43:58+00:00

All of our units can be setup on any level surface, such as grass, concrete, asphalt or dirt. The area should be free of rocks, sticks, pet feces, etc. and any in-ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not protruding. Allow at least 2 feet on each side of the bouncer for natural shifting. The unit needs to be within 100 feet of an outlet. If you do not have an outlet within 100 feet, we are happy to supply a generator for a $75 fee.

What if it rains during my event?2023-09-07T21:42:05+00:00

We do not offer full or partial refunds in the event of weather during an event. Please check the weather outlook so you know wheat to expect the day of your event before the confirming your delivery. This confirmation will provided via email, text or phone call a few days before your event from our staff.

However, we know that Colorado weather can turn at any moment. In the event that weather was unexpected and ruins the majority of your event we are empathetic and can offer a future discount.

Any reservation can be cancelled or rescheduled by 8AM the day of your event at no charge.
