Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned using commercial-grade vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and fully inspected before delivery to ensure a safe and sanitary experience for your guests.

No. All of our inflatables are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is always our top priority.
Water should only be used on units specifically designed for water use, such as wet slides. If you’re unsure, please ask before using water on any unit.
Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with proper anchoring using sandbags. Please let us know the surface type when booking.
We do not issue full or partial refunds due to weather. However, if unexpected weather significantly impacts your event, we may offer a discount toward a future rental.
Deliveries are available when temperatures are above 40°F. For safety reasons, deliveries may be canceled if temperatures are forecasted below 40°F or winds exceed 15 mph.
Same-day delivery (if available) is $50.
Out-of-area deliveries may incur a $50 fee.
Credit card processing fees (approximately 4%) are passed through to the customer. Cash and check payments are also accepted.
Our trained staff will deliver, set up, and take down all rentals. You simply show us where you’d like the unit placed and sign the paperwork.
Cancellations made before the delivery date are free. We also allow free rescheduling based on availability. Same-day cancellations (without weather-related reasons) may require a driver fee. If severe weather is expected, cancellations within two hours of delivery may be allowed without penalty.
